Mr. Francis Varghese is an fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 10 years of professional experience in Finance, Audit, Accounting, Statutory, and Taxation matters in UAE. He has expert knowledge and experience in the development of accounting systems, Financial Reporting Standards, Audit/Supervision of accounts, various taxation laws, implementation and review of Internal Control Systems, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and business valuations. He is an expert in VAT Laws, Customs Laws, Excise Laws, Corporate Tax Laws, ESR, UBO, AML Laws, and Labour Laws in UAE. He approaches problem-solving in a precise and energetic way but always with a keen eye on the economic value to be gained by the clients. He is also the Financial Risk Compliance Officer.
Mr. Joseph Lal is an fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 13 years of professional experience in Finance, Audit, Accounting, Statutory, and Taxation matters in UAE and India. He is also the founder of Joseph Lal & Associates - a leading CA firm in Kerala India. He has expertise and knowledge of Tax laws, Statutory laws, IFRS reporting standards. He has a unique blend of skills, including strategic planning, risk management, and team leadership, can contribute to the continued success of client organization. His professional expertise makes him a member of various societies in and outside India.
Mr. Faheem Shukoor with over 6 years of professional experience is a specialist in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, System Review and VAT / Corporate Tax. Being in the industry for 6 years he started his career as an accountant later on moved to audit field enabling him to tackle the day-to-day accounting and business complexions with ease. He unique training skills enable him to provide staff training for clients relating to Accounts, statutory compliances, software like Tally, Peach Tree, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, ERP, Oracle Cloud and many others. He takes cares of accounting, supervision and quarterly / annual tax filing profiles of our clients.
Mr. Laju Varghese with over 10 years of professional experience as an Assistant Manager Accounts he now handles ERP system of clients for accounting, Tracking / monitoring inventory, Cost control initiatives and measures. Through his expertise in field of costing he advises clients for budget reports, variance analysis, product pricing. As a certified AML trainer he regularly monitors the AML compliances of our clients, AML screening, AML documentation. Through the budget and cash flow reports he monitors cash flow, optimization, working capital, and ensuring liquidity to meet financial obligations of our cleints. By creating financial models he support our clients in decision-making processes and assess the financial impact of various scenarios.
Being an emerging auditor Mr. Sreehari MN engage himself in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. With over 4 years of experience as an accountant he shifted his career to audit and tax field and now he manages tax planning strategies and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.He also takes care of the marketing profile of our entity, doing social media campaigns, updating the clients for the latest updates of various laws through social media post. Through his pleasing personality and subject knowledge he keeps a good rapport with clients.
